Santa Pics 2010

Took kids to see Santa at Park Plaza mall. Tess told me, "mom, he is the REAL santa because he has a real beard!" smart girl.... Tess told Santa she wanted Zubles, Squinkies and all the princesses in one big box. Hutch told Santa he wanted a tractor. Both kids loved seeing Santa even though Hutch wouldn't look him in the eye. Im just proud he sat in his lap and I got a cute pic of both of them.

just found this pic of Tess...pre blog days.

So sweet....she was 14 months old in this picture. I made her bows and added some bling to her shoes (the first of many projects to come). I actually remember taking this picture. I used to set up my make shift photo booth in our living room with my black velvet blanket. Tess usually would let me take lots of pictures of her. awe...sweet memory. Tess is now 5 years old.

This year we attended the Annual Fall Fun Fest at our church. It was decorated like an apple orchard this year, which was really really cute! I bribed Hutch to wear his hat...by telling him we would go get a gold fish if he wore his hat (We were going to get the kids gold fish anyway..)lol! After he put on his hat and got a few comments he looked at me and said, "I like my hat!" He wore it the rest of the night and if it fell off he brought it to me for me to put back on him. :) Tess looked so pretty as Alice and Wonderland! She had a ball getting her goldfish and playing games. Hutch liked playing the games too...in fact he liked playing the games more than getting his candy. Tess named the gold fish (which looked more like small Brim) "Tickle" and "Shiny"- Sadly, Tickle and Shiny died a week later. RIP........ Halloween Night my parents came up and we headed down the street to our friends the Harrison's House for a party and hayride. It was a great time! We ate and trick or treated! There were a ton of kids there! Hutch did not even want to get off the hay ride to go trick or treat. He loves tractors and all the "stuff" that goes along with that. Great memories!

Maumelle Cheer! GO WILDCATS!

This Fall Tess has been a Cheerleader for the Maumelle Wildcats. She has practice once a week and cheers on Saturdays for the football team. It is pretty laid back and a good program to start off in. :) She cheers her lil heart out trying to win the spirit stick but no luck, yet. Some games were really HOT!!! Today, they performed in a cheer off at North Little Rock high and it was really COLD. I will post those pics in a following post.
