first day after the beach. Quick trip to Wal-Mart...Tess fell asleep almost as soon as we put her in buggy. She was WORN slap OUT! This from a girl who quit taking regular naps a couple years ago. It's true what they say, the sun does drain you!

`Tess performed in her first professional dance recital May 20 at Robinson Auditorium. She did really well and smiled the entire time. Granny and Pop drove up from El Dorado to come see her! After the dance recital, we celebrated at Flying Fish with Grand and Pap- who were also at the recital! Hutch sat and watched most of the show...Tess danced number 18th in the recital. They danced to "Hollywood Mambo" and even had Maracas and said "chi, chi, chi" so CUTE! What a fun night!!...... a little surprising tidbit... After the dance recital Tess told me she didn't want to take dance next year. *sad face* She said she just wants to stick with Tennis. I guess well just have to sit and wait on the edge of our chairs to see what next year has in store for us. haha!

Maumelle Fest and Dance

We headed to the Maumelle Fest the other weekend. Tess has always been our lil daredevil so to speak. She is not afraid of much..... With that said, along came Hutch- our much more reserved child at least when it comes to new adventures. Tess spent the afternoon riding all the rides and asking for more tickets.lol! Hutch would say "no ride, no ride" Finally he attempted the carousal horses and I think he kinda liked it.

We sure are gonna miss our friends, the Rauls.... Tess just loves Lexi. Her is one of their dance pics together. Bye Lexi, we hope to see you soon!
