HUTCHISON!

Hutchison is 15.5 months old. We are having his well baby check-up at 16 months. So stats to come in a couple of weeks. Here he is running about outside! He got his first official bloody nose today. Ran and fell. (sniffle sniffle)

Hog Game

This past weekend we headed to Fayetteville for the football game with our good friends, Melissa and Clint. We had the best time catching up with them and watching the kids play together. Our kids are at such a fun age! Thanks Mel and Clint for a wonderful weekend! My mom came up and kept Hutch for us. We thought it would be too hard for him to stay up for the game, etc. He got some much needed one on one time with Granny and Mamaw. Thanks so much for keeping him for us!!! We were able to have a good time knowing he was so well taken care of.

We had a great time with our friends last weekend. We went to dinner without our kids....a lil' date night. Mr and Mrs. Finton kept the kids for us! Thanks a bunch! We are so grateful for our precious parents that lend us a hand!!

1st Day Preschool- Tess

Tess started school on Thursday. She had a great day! Her teachers said she did awesome. It was so funny....when it was time to pick the kids up, the teachers had posted a sign by the door of how each kid answered the question "what makes you special?".... beside Tess's name was "because I am sweet like a princess". It was just so sweet and funny to think of Tess answering these type questions for her teacher... I have never thought to ask her those thought provoking questions.

Swimming 2009

We had a blast this summer visiting the local community pool. Both kids love the water! Tess is swimming like a fish now....she is diving down up to 4 foot water and can retrieve up to 4 dive sticks at a time. People sitting around the pool always comment on how good of a swimmer she is. The swim team coach approached us a couple weeks ago and wanted to know her age, etc and said she would make a great swim team member. We might venture into that next summer. Hutch knows no fear when it comes to water.....unfortunately, that made it very hard to take both of them to the pool at the same time. Anywho, we are sad the pool is now closed. Tess very much enjoyed jumping off the diving board, playing colored eggs, diving for toys, doing handstands, doing flips in the water, and playing dolphin puppy with her mama. (ask me later how to play and I will give you tips on how to sound like a dolphin. haha
