We had a busy weekend at the Finton house. This weekend's project was to put together Tess's Birthday present- A Play set. My parents came up for what they thought was going to be a quick stay which turned into a 3 night stay. My dad and Jay worked tirelessly on the play set ALL weekend....even in the pouring rain with ponchos donned. What A PROJECT!! I can not explain how crazy this thing was to put together! Thank goodness my Dad was here to bless us with his mechanical skills! It is together now and Tess's LOVES it! We are so excited we can swing and play right in our backyard.
Granny and Hutch are entertained by the 2 "skilled workers" (which the directions called for) at their best. In the rain and in between.Day #2

Yeah! It is finally done!! We LOVE it! happy 4th birthday present to Tess! Thanks Mom and Dad for coming up here and helping us put this beast together! We couldn't have done it without yall! You're the BEST!

I wondered what you were going to do with all that stuff! Now I know, this wasn't an Ashley project, but a Jay project! How incredibly fun for Tess and one day soon Hutch!
