Tess VBS 2011 Picture. This year me and my friend Elizabeth lead the Craft group for the Prek kids (kids going into Kindergarten). We wanted to move up from teaching Preschool for the past 3 years. Plus, our two girls Tess and Eva were going to be in our class. FUN fun! We had 89 prek kids this year with about 25 ish in 4 classes. We had some really fun crafts that we worked on and prepared for the kids. Man, it was HARD work and were we REALLY Tired but so worth it!!! Hutch attended his VBS class too! He was such a good boy and didn't have one accident in class. He had been potty training for two weeks and doing awesome...I mean if you wait till there over 3 years old it is a lot easier!! lol My friend who owns Bella Claire Baby donated a ton of CUTE ribbon to me for our crafts. This year we wanted to be "green" with our crafts. We made all of our crafts out of recycled materials!! Our church did an awesome job collecting everything for us. :) We wanted to make crafts too that the parents/kids would want to keep and not just throw in the trash. The kids made bird feeders out of two liter bottles, banks (for Tithe, Save, Spend) out of Pringle cans, homemade bubble container out of milk/juice containers, planters out of #10 recycled cans and picture plaques out of wood blocks
